Monthly Healing Circles
Our 2nd Friday
Healing Circle
A monthly space for recalibration, embodiment, and soul-aligned presence
90 minutes · Second Friday of each month
The Soul Professionals Healing Circle is a monthly gathering for purpose-driven individuals who are committed to living and working in alignment with their calling.
This is a space to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with what is true—so your life and work continue to flow from clarity, integrity, and inner guidance.
Each circle is guided live by Tammy Waldron, an IFS-informed Master Energy Healing Teacher, supporting purpose-driven individuals in reconnecting with inner guidance, releasing limiting patterns, and embodying soul-aligned living from the inside out.
Rather than following a fixed agenda, each gathering is guided in the moment—shaped by the monthly theme and the shared intention of those present.
What to Expect
Recalibration & Inner Alignment | We begin by settling into the body and nervous system, creating space to reconnect with your inner landscape. This work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a compassionate framework for understanding and relating to the different parts of ourselves—alongside foundational energy healing practices.
The intention is to restore coherence between body, mind, and spirit so you can move forward from an aligned and integrated place.
Group Healing & Integration | Guided by the Soul Professionals' monthly theme and collective intention, we move through a shared healing experience that supports release, emotional processing, and somatic integration. The work unfolds gently, allowing what’s ready to shift to do so—without force or over-analysis.
Teachings & Inner Guidance | Each circle includes concise teachings and moments of inner guidance to support clarity, discernment, and alignment between your inner truth and how you live and work in the world. These insights are meant to be embodied and integrated, not dissected.
Presence Without Pressure | There is no requirement to share your story. You may speak or simply receive. Healing unfolds through presence, intention, and attunement.

Your Guide

Tammy Waldron, M.Ed., IFS-Informed, Master Energy Healer
Founder of Towanda Wellbeing & the RISE Intuitive Healing Arts Center
Tammy Waldron is the founder of Towanda Wellbeing and the RISE Intuitive Healing Arts Center, where she guides therapists and integrative health professionals to access the emotional, energetic, and intuitive root causes beneath surface patterns—supporting lived transformation, clarity, and soul-aligned expression from the inside out.
An adoptee and lifelong seeker, Tammy spent the first 38 years of her life doing everything she was told would help—therapy, meditation, education, and doing it “right.” Yet none of it reached the primal wound she carried. It wasn’t until she turned inward, through the doorway of energy healing, that she found what she had been searching for: the wound itself, the truth beneath it, and the capacity to heal it.
Today, Tammy teaches trauma-informed, spirit-led tools including ThetaHealing®, Silent Counseling®, SoulPrint®, and the Gene Keys to support intuitive awakening, embodied self-trust, and reconnection to the wisdom of the body. Her work bridges science, presence, and soul—supporting therapists and integrative health professionals in reclaiming trust in their intuition, integrating depth work into their practice, and leading with integrated resilience.
At RISE, this work is learned, practiced, and embodied—together
