Aligned by Design: The Art of Creating Authentic Success

There’s a rhythm to life and business when things are aligned. The conversations flow, the clients appear, the ideas land with ease. But there’s also a subtle exhaustion that creeps in when we slip out of that rhythm—when we’re operating from force instead of flow. I know that feeling intimately, because for years I lived there: structured, strategic, successful… and slightly out of sync.

It wasn’t until recently that I realized I was being asked to evolve again—this time, in a deeper, more soul-forward way.

For years I’ve built a reputation as a strategist and mentor. My programs, my books, and my community have always been grounded in helping entrepreneurs design scalable, purpose-driven businesses that align with who they are. That work still lights me up.

But something began to shift in my sessions over the last few months. Clients started asking for something different.

They’d say things like, “Camille, can you just read my energy? What do you feel?”Or, “You always seem to know what’s really going on beneath the surface—can you tell me what Spirit is saying?”

At first, I smiled and brushed it off. I’m not a psychic. I don’t do “readings.” Those who’ve followed my writing know about GUS—my affectionate shorthand for “God, Universe, Spirit.” I can’t summon GUS on command; he simply arrives when he chooses, usually when a client is ready to hear what their own soul has been whispering all along.

Those intuitive insights had always been part of my work, though quietly folded between strategy and mindset. But as more people began seeking that connection, I realized something profound:

What they were really asking for wasn’t a reading.They were asking for reconnection—to their own inner wisdom.

They didn’t want someone else to tell them the answers.They wanted help remembering that they already had them.

That realization hit like a lightning bolt. Every step of my career, every strategic framework, subconscious reprogramming technique, and mentoring conversation, had been preparing me for this moment.
