Ten Years of Rising Together: A Reflection on Community, Timing, and What Comes Next

When I look back at the past decade, I’m struck by how something that began as a quiet idea, and spread through meeting for coffee, has grown into a global movement that continues to surprise and inspire me.

Ten years. It feels both like a lifetime and the blink of an eye. And as we step into this anniversary, I find myself reflecting not only on what we’ve built together, but on the timing of it all…the strange, beautiful synchronicity of a community created before the world was ready, now rising at the exact moment the world needs it most.

I didn’t know it then, but this journey more like a spiral then linear. It expanded outward, circled back inward, but always revealed the next layer of what’s possible when people come together with open hearts, shared values, and the courage to build something differently.

And that is what I’m most grateful for: the people.

The relationships.

The conversations.

The collaborations.

The unexpected connections that have shaped not just the community but me.

This isn’t a story about an organization. It’s the story of thousands of purpose-driven professionals awakening to the truth of who they are and how to express that truth authentically.

The Beginning, Before the World Caught On

In 2016, I founded The Natural Life Business Partnership not because it made sense on paper, but because it came to me as a download that this is what the world will need. I felt it in my bones. It came through as a calling — a place for holistic entrepreneurs and soul-aligned business owners to gather, learn, and grow without having to justify the way they moved through the world. At the time, it felt like we were carving out a small corner of the world where authenticity, intuition, and business strategy could coexist.

We were ahead of our time — and I knew it.

But what I didn’t know was how many of you were already searching for something more and how our energies would immediately attract and create a network so aligned. So real. So awakened. And somehow, we would find each other across borders and barriers. Each person telling the next about our unique, safe space to grow both personally and professionally.

By 2018, our small local northeastern coffee club expanded into a virtual ecosystem thanks to Zoom and another "knowing" video would be needed to go global. Monthly networking, masterminds, Coffee with Camille, and free masterclasses became the heartbeat that carried us across states, then countries, then continents. People showed up not just for business support, but for belonging, connection and meaning that was unavailable elsewhere.

And that is how a small community of seekers becomes a movement.

A Decade of Evolution and Collective Awakening

As I trace the years, what stands out most are not the milestones themselves, but the way each era prepared us for the next:

• 2019 brought international visibility as I learned PSYCH-K® and subconscious beliefs became part of our shared language of mindset and transformation.

• 2020 cracked open the world — and instead of imploding, our community expanded exponentially having already been positioned for the virtual world. The Soul Professional® was born from a need that was suddenly universal: to lead, live, and serve with authenticity.

• 2021 formalized the Movement with a pledge, badge, and creed — symbols of a deeper identity awakening within our members.

• 2023 introduced Soul Adventures, where community became lived experience, and purpose became lifestyle.

• 2024 opened the Soul Professional Business School, a first-of-its-kind fusion of MBA-level strategy and soulful entrepreneurial mastery.

• 2025 is our widening horizon — collaborations, mentorships, and global programs creating powerful new pathways for connection.

• 2026 and beyond asks us to step into a new era: in-person gatherings, the Soul Professional Global Conversations Series to amplify our collective voice.

Those moments are the true legacy of this community.

The Spiritual Energetics of Now

I would be remiss not to acknowledge the deeper rhythm beneath this anniversary.

In numerology and spiritual cycles, 2025 marks the end of a global chapter — a closing, a completion, an energetic exhale.

And 2026 is a birth year.

A year of new creation.

A year aligned with emergence, reinvention, and collective awakening.

It feels remarkably fitting that our 10-year anniversary lands right here at the threshold between what has been and what wants to be born through us next.

For a decade, we were planting seeds before the soil was warm enough to receive them. Now, the world is waking up. People everywhere are questioning old definitions of success, leadership, entrepreneurship, and identity. Things are beginning to crumble.

We’ve been walking this path long before it became a cultural conversation. We’ve been practicing what the world is now hungry to learn.

And that is why this moment matters.

This anniversary is not an ending.

It is an activation.

For Those Who’ve Been Walking Quietly…

One thing I’ve noticed this year is how many people have been following our work from afar. Silent watchers. Past members. People who drifted during transition or life changes. Individuals who resonated deeply but didn’t have the space to participate fully.

If that’s you — I want you to know something:

You were never forgotten. You were always part of this story. And you’re invited back.

The world is shifting. You are shifting.
